Quotes provided for Services are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen issues.
A deposit (e.g. 30–50%) is typically required before work begins; final payment is due upon completion (or as otherwise stated in the service contract).
Any changes or additions to scope must be documented and agreed to in writing (change order).
If Client fails to pay as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate work and hold lien rights as permitted by law.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that our Services will be carried out in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
Except for that limited warranty, Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without further warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bourne Textured Ceilings (and its officers, directors, employees, agents) will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
We are not liable for lost profits, loss of business, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for claims arising under or related to these Terms or Services will not exceed the total amount you have paid us for those Services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bourne Textured Ceilings (and its personnel) from any claims, liabilities, costs, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

11. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in one instance will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
