Yes, we do. You’ll get a clear estimate before any work begins so there are no surprises. If you're located out of my service area, we can often provide rough estimates based on photos and videos of the damage. In long distance, for a more detailed estimate, travel costs may apply.

We work carefully to keep your home clean. Surfaces are protected during the repair, and we tidy up after so you’re left with a clean, prime and paint ready finish. However, depending on the size and complexity of the work, dust and debris cannot always be avoided. We can discuss dust when consulting in-person to give you a better idea of what measures can be taken to mitigate dust.

All of our work is completed to a professional standard and guaranteed to be Prime & Paint Ready. However, when working over drywall or repairs installed by other contractors, we cannot guarantee the quality of that underlying work. What we do guarantee is that our portion will meet the highest standard and be fully ready for primer and paint. Painting over texture is the responsibility of your painter.

If your popcorn texture was applied before 1980, an asbestos test is recommended before any scraping or removal. Homeowners are responsible for testing and abatement when required.
